The Equity and Empowerment Advisory Board (EEAB), as appointed by the Roanoke City Council, will hold its regular monthly meeting in-person as a public hearing on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. The EEAB will meet at the Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building - City Council Chamber, located at 215 Church Ave. SW on the fourth floor.
