The Equity and Empowerment Advisory Board (EEAB), as appointed by Roanoke City Council, will hold its regular monthly meeting in-person on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. The EEAB will meet at the Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building - Room EOC, located at 215 Church Ave. SW.
