City Of Roanoke: Roanoke E-911 Center Establishes Different Dedicated Phone Number For Alarm Monitoring Companies

Due to issues with the City of Roanoke E-911 Center's administrative phone lines, a different dedicated phone number has been temporarily established for alarm monitoring companies to contact the E-911 Center.  Please dial 540-853-5853 to report all alarms. This does not affect ASAP connected alarm companies. The E-911 Center will update the alarm companies when the regular administrative phone number becomes available.
