Please join us for a planning meeting in your community this Fall. All meetings will be open house-style from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

COVID-19 masking and safety protocols will be determined by the venue. CORTRAN transportation services are available. The Roanoke County 200 Plan is a major update to the Comprehensive Plan. It belongs to every citizen of Roanoke County. The plan:

  • Provides guidance for public policies about land development, public services, and resource protection.
  • Allows decision-makers to study the long-term consequences of current decisions and recognize that today's actions will impact the county for many years to come.
