Housing Developer Joins The Boro Project
Kettler Inc. has partnered with the Meridian Group to develop four residential buildings in the new neighborhood at the former SAIC campus.

The Meridian Group, the lead developer of The Boro on the former SAIC campus in Tysons Corner, has partnered with multifamily developer Kettler Inc. to install the first four residential buildings in the soon-to-be-developed neighborhood.
The new partnership was first reported in the Washington Business Journal.
The final product from the partnership between Meridian and Kettler will be four buildings containing 750 for-sale or for-rent residential spaces. According to the Business Journal, Meridian chose to partner with Kettler on the residential buildings element of the project because of its experience with similar residential projects.

Meridian has already begun development on The Boro, a new neighborhood already anchored by a new Whole Foods location and a 15-sceen Showplace movie theater, and future plans entail residential spaces, office space, hotels and various retail locations.
According to Tysons Partnership’s website, the entire development will entail 4.9 million square feet and will be located only a quarter-mile from the new Greenbelt Silver Line Metrorail station.
