This film is one of the works done by the brilliant Damien Chazelle. Damien is remembered for his Oscar-winning film called La La Land. The movie presents a theme of self-punishment in the hunt for prominence. The director immerses the viewers into the problematic hardships of space competition and later strums then down into some metal battlegrounds that in a way looks like unescapable deathtraps. The entire film is unromantic, remote, and singularly procedural until when it gets to the point of sending the audience into the climax and the humankind is lucky to get a glimpse of a tightly secured soul.
