Vienna Church to Host Benefit Car and Bike Show

The Spring Car and Bike Show will be held on Saturday, April 8 at The Church of the Good Shepherd in Vienna.

From The Church of the Good Shepherd: Rev your engines, bring some canned goods and come on out to the Spring Car and Bike Show on Saturday, April 8 at The Church of the Good Shepherd (United Methodist) in Vienna. The event, a benefit for So Others Might Eat and the church’s youth missions, will be held in the parking of the church at 2351 Hunter Mill Road in Vienna from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

“Last year, our church held a car show with Unaffiliates Mopar Club to help raise food for the homeless,” said Good Shepherd pastor The Rev. Eric Song. “This spring, we have another car show to help empower the youth to help others. The car show with the local car club is a fun way to bring the community together to have fun and also to help others in need.”

The event, which will also feature a moonbounce for children and plenty of food, also is part of Good Shepherd’s yearlong celebration of its 50th anniversary, Song said.
