Indecent Exposure Reported on Bus in Dale City
Woodbridge man in jail after Wednesday incident: Prince William County police.

A Woodbridge man has been jailed without bond after he allegedly exposed himself Wednesday on a PRTC bus during the morning rush hour.
David Thomas, 50, of 3443 Beale Court in Woodbridge, was charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display, according to a Prince William County police report. He’s being held at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail, and his next date in court is May 18.

At 9:08 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to the area of Dale Boulevard and Minnieville Road in Dale City to investigate an indecent exposure.

The victim, a 22-year-old Manassas woman, told police that she was riding a bus in the area when she saw an unknown man seated near her. During the encounter, the man exposed himself and made an obscene display towards the victim.
The victim notified the bus driver and was able to get off the bus to contact police. The man was later identified as Thomas, and he was arrested without incident later that day.
