According to police, an off-duty officer reported that incident at 12:58 a.m. Thursday, noting he was on Benita Fitzgerald Drive when he saw a white Ford Crown Victoria following him. The driver of the suspicious car turned on a spotlight affixed to the car. The off-duty officer believed the other vehicle was driven by a police officer and promptly pulled over.
