The hospital earned especially high marks in cancer, diabetes and endocrinology, nephrology, and pulmonology, reinforcing its status as the highest-rated pediatric hospital in Washington and the broader Pacific region.
   

5. Seattle Mariners lose 2-1 to Angels, clinch losing season (mynorthwest.com) — Seattle Mariners fans just watched the team fall 2-1 to the Angels in Anaheim, clinching the club's first losing full season since 2019. Strong outings from Logan Gilbert and Julio Rodríguez weren't enough, and Seattle now edges closer to playoff elimination heading into the series finale behind starter George Kirby.
