• PSC schedules public hearing addressing West Virginia electricity requirements (wchstv.com) — A key public hearing on West Virginia's future electricity requirements is set for Monday, Sept. 28 at 9:30 a.m. in the PSC's Howard Cunningham Hearing Room on Brooks Street in Charleston. Lawmakers' new Power Generation and Consumption Act, including rules for data centers, fuel inventories, and generator capacity, will be discussed, and residents can submit comments or notify the PSC if they want to participate.
