• Celebrate Pride Month in Fayette County, WV (wvnstv.com) — Fayetteville residents can join a full-day Pride Summer Camp at The Outpost at New River Gorge on Saturday, June 20, capped by a 21+ DJ dance party that night. The event promises camping, games, crafts, vendors, live music, and drag performances right at 843 Fayette Station Road, giving locals a nearby way to celebrate Pride Month in the New River Gorge.
   

• Patricia 'Patty' Faye Riley Hilterbrand (thesciotovoice.com) — A Fayetteville family is mourning the loss of Patricia “Patty” Faye Riley Hilterbrand, whose granddaughter Cierra Brag lives here in town. Patty, a beloved former CNA and longtime Wheelersburg resident, passed away May 22 at 74, leaving behind children, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and siblings who remember her love of family, soap operas, and her little dog, Sandy.
