• Johnson County grand jury returns 12 indictments: Jail contraband, pay lake violations among charges (mountaincitizen.com) — A Johnson County grand jury has indicted a man from Williamson on charges tied to allegedly bringing a small amount of methamphetamine into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center for trafficking. Several other people from eastern Kentucky also face indictments ranging from wildlife and licensing violations at a pay lake to shoplifting, DUI, and multiple bail-jumping cases.
