• UWG cross-country teams announce upcoming schedule (times-georgian.com) — Oxford’s Chocolocco Park will once again host the season-opening Foothills Invitational for the University of West Georgia cross-country teams on September 4, bringing collegiate runners back to town for the third straight year. The Wolves’ 2026 schedule also includes meets in Huntsville, North Carolina, South Carolina, and a first-ever UAC Conference Championship in Kentucky.
