Celebrate the Special Connection Between Daughters and Fathers

Registration deadline extended to February 1, 2012. 

Girls Incorporated of the Island City and the Alameda Recreation and Park Department (ARPD) proudly present the 11th Annual Father and Daughter special event.  This year's theme is the Mad Hatter Tea Party! 

The event will include many activities including:

• Music by Strawberry Fields DJ,
• A Krazy Hat Contest
• Dancing
• Arts and crafts projects
• Hors d' oeuvres and a special memento for the girls. 

Girls are encouraged to wear sun or garden dresses and a crazy hat for the Krazy Hat Contest.  Special Wristlets are available by pre-order and make the evening extra special. 

The event is for girls currently in kindergarten through grade five and will be held on Friday, February 10, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Albert H. Dewitt's Officers Club, 641 West Redline Avenue, Alameda Point.  The cost is $25 per a couple and $15 for each additional daughter. 

Pre-registration is required, register early.  Registration deadline is February 1, 2012 or until the event sells out.  In the past, the event has sold out.

• Or register online at www.arpdeplay.com.  Call ARPD office at 510 747-7529 to set up an online account.    No refunds or credits issued.
