Fit Rave

Fit Rave, the first of an ongoing monthly total body workout followed by a cool down after-party on Saturday, September 17 at Jack London Square, Oakland. Registered attendees will travel from station to station on the waterfront to join in various types of exercises led by experienced and certified trainers.

The stations will include activities such as spinning, yoga, strength training and more. Participants will stay at each station for 30 minutes before moving on to the next workout. Attendees are asked to bring their own bikes for the spinning portion of the workout – Jack London Square will provide bike stands to convert to stationary bikes and all other necessary materials and equipment will be provided. A DJ will be onsite playing music to keep spirits and heart rates pumping.

Fit Rave benefits Playworks Oakland/East Bay, a nonprofit organization that supports learning by providing safe, healthy and inclusive play and physical activity. Playworks supports thousands of East Bay students each day with physical activities in schools. All fees will support Playworks/East Bay’s play and physical activity programming this year in 32 under-resourced elementary schools across the East Bay.
