Beginners/All levels welcome. No partners needed. Traditional folk dances as well as current choreographies taught. Music is from around the world. The intention is to Have Fun while learning. Bring your dancing shoes!
The teacher, Maureen Atkins has been teaching dance since 1995. She is one of the organizers with the Bay Area Circle Dancers and she teaches at several locations in the East Bay. Throughout the year she is involved with special events, like the Bay Area Circle Dancers Annual Dance Camp as well as Holiday Concerts with Community Dance.
