Vinyasa Yoga Flow Class Open House right off Park Street

Please come to an open house to "meet the teacher" (that is me ) from 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM on Saturday, 1/14.

I will have some homemade cookies and tea for you. Please come just to check it out, ask questions, say hi, or hang out! I will also have some magazines and books to browse.

Feel free to swing by by yourself, with a friend or even with your kids anytime during those hours. There will be no class this Sat., but I will be more than happy to demo some poses if requested or to clarify any questions you may have. Classes will start on 1/21 from 10:30-11:15AM.

Come one, come all,

It will be a time for us to share and talk,

to make new friends
