Teen’s Purse Ripped From Shoulder In Dublin Parking Lot: Police
The victim lost her Christmas cash and gift cards during the disturbing incident in the Hacienda Crossings shopping center parking lot.

DUBLIN, CA — A Pleasanton teenager’s purse was stolen from her shoulder as she stood in the parking lot of the Hacienda Crossings shopping center Sunday afternoon, police officials said. The victim’s mother said they had just parked the car at about 4:15 p.m. and planned to shop nearby when her 13-year-old daughter, who was standing at the back of the car waiting for her, was targeted.
Police said the suspect drove past the victim, reached out of his car window and snatched the purse from her shoulder. The suspects fled the lot and remain at large.
Dublin Police Services officials said detectives are reviewing surveillance photos in the area as part of the ongoing investigation. Witnesses describe the suspect as a Hispanic man in his 20s with short, dark hair. The driver appeared to be an Asian man with shoulder length brown hair. They were in a white four-door sedan with tinted windows.
