  • The shooting was reported at 1 p.m. Wednesday.

  • The victim was found shot on Walnut Avenue. Detectives are asking residents and businesses to check surveillance video.

  • Investigators spent 3 weeks identifying the suspect, tracking them down and coordinating an arrest with US Marshals and the sheriff's office
