In other news, a man was found dead after he went out to search for a group of friends who went missing while on a Southern California hiking trip. Authorities called in an aircraft to find the group of lost hikers, along with their friend who was not heard from after he went to search for them.
Plus, the Los Angeles County district attorney — a former federal prosecutor appointed by President George W. Bush — is finding himself at odds with the Trump administration after he said one of his staffers was "wrongfully detained" by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
ICE has denied District Attorney Nathan Hochman's account, calling his accusations "FALSE and disgusting."
