Two Death Row Inmates At San Quentin Dead In Apparent Suicides
- The two inmates – Andrew Urdiales, 54, and Virendra Govin, 51 – were found dead in their cells, officials said.
- The blaze broke out Monday evening in Santa Rosa, authorities said.
