Accused Killer: Photo Released By SJPD

Can you tell police where to find this man? He's accused of a murder last November.

SAN JOSE, CA - Police today announced that they have identified a San Jose man as a suspect in a 2016 homicide and are asking for assistance from the public in locating him.

Investigators believe 31-year-old Joseph Miller may be responsible for the death of Alfred Perez, a 51-year-old resident of San Jose, who was pronounced dead at the scene of a fight reported near West Alma Avenue and
Mastic Street at about 7:40 p.m. Nov. 8, 2016.

At the time of the killing, police said the motive and circumstances were not yet known and no suspects had been identified.

This afternoon, however, they released a picture of Miller and asked that anyone with information regarding his whereabouts call homicide detectives at (408) 277-5283.
