Fundraiser for West L.A. LAPD Station Planned
With a bomb squad display, celebrities and dancing, what more could you ask for?
A fundraiser to support the the youth programs hosted by the West Los Angeles LAPD Station is planned for 6 p.m. Nov. 1 at the Hyatt Century City Plaza, 2025 Avenue of the Stars in Century City.
Among the celebrities on the bill are Sharon Stone, Jimmy Smits, Wanda de Jesus and Rod Martin. Entertainment will be provided by DW3 and LA Love Band.
The LAPD will set up displays for its SWAT team, bomb squad unit and K-9 patrol program.
