Fire Crews Extinguish Morning House Fire in Pinole
No one was injured during the blaze.

Firefighters extinguished a one-alarm fire at a house in Pinole this morning, according to a Contra Costa County Fire Protection District dispatcher. Fire crews responded to a report of a fire at 6:40 a.m. at 2480 Lucas Ave., according to the dispatcher.
When firefighters arrived, they saw the roof engulfed in flames, the dispatcher said. There were no injuries reported. The dispatcher said the homeowner got out of the house before fire crews arrived. Firefighters contained the fire by 7:38 a.m., the dispatcher said.
