Pleasanton Cops Sing 'Happy Birthday' To Adorable Boy Using Loudspeaker
The uplifting act of kindness made the little boy's birthday absolutely unforgettable, and it was all caught on camera.
PLEASANTON, CA — A little boy who attended the Alameda County Fair’s opening day cattle drive in Pleasanton Friday morning enjoyed a very special birthday treat when a police officer used his loudspeaker to prompt the crowd on Main Street to sing “Happy Birthday." The boy's family asked the officer for a photo and a few moments later, the officer had the crowd singing to Jacob, who just turned eight.
The sweet gesture was captured on video and shared by the Pleasanton Police Department on Facebook. The boy’s mother later posted about the touching impromptu celebration on a local Facebook page.
"Huge rave to the Pleasanton PD. 3 officers took their time during the cattle herd to not only wish my son a happy birthday but had everyone around us sing to him too!!"
