Search For Burglary Suspects Prompted Pleasanton School Lockdown
Police arrested three juveniles suspected of burglary and recovered a car stolen from San Jose.

PLEASANTON, CA — Three residential burglary suspects were arrested in Pleasanton Thursday morning, police officials said. A neighbor called police after they saw a female suspect knock on the front door of a neighbor’s home while two male suspects entered the backyard of the property, according to police.
Police found the car, which was stolen from San Jose, and detained two of the suspects inside. The burglary, which was reported in the 1000 block of Riesling Drive, prompted a precautionary lockdown at Vintage Hills Elementary School at 10:40 a.m. while officers searched the area for the third outstanding suspect.
The lockdown was lifted just before noon after all of the juvenile suspects were arrested and their names will not be released.
