The fog was in prompting pedestrians to bundle up against the cold.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — In this photo snapped back in May, Gianna Giordano captured a grey and gloomy San Francisco. There was no problem with social distancing, but the pedestrians still obeyed the health order to wear masks.
