• Popular new Skyline Watershed Ridge Trail on Peninsula faces growing pains, safety concerns (abc7news.com) — San Mateo County's new Skyline Watershed Ridge Trail is drawing huge crowds, but limited parking and people dashing across Highway 92 and Skyline Boulevard are raising serious safety concerns. Local business owners and Supervisor David Canepa say they welcome visitors yet want crosswalks, parking rules, or other fixes as more than 20,000 hikers and cyclists flock to the month-old trail overlooking Crystal Springs Reservoir.
