Andrew F. Stierer, 19, of 43 Cope Farms Rd., Farmington, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, using a motor vehicle without permission, illegal use of credit card (two counts), third-degree identity theft (two counts) and sixth-degree larceny (two counts), in connection with a protective order violation on Cope Farms Rd. and on a warrant, 11:40 a.m.

Summer U. Forbes, 23, of 30 Sterling St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 4:53 p.m.
