Dulos' Mother-In-Law Seeks To Depose Former Bill Cosby Lawyer
Attorneys for Gloria Farber, mother of missing New Canaan mom Jennifer Farber Dulos, are continuing the legal fight against Fotis Dulos.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Attorneys for Gloria Farber, the mother of missing New Canaan mom Jennifer Farber Dulos, are seeking to depose John Schmitt, Bill Cosby's former attorney, in her ongoing legal fight against estranged son-in-law Fotis Dulos.
In a motion filed Tuesday, Farber's attorneys wrote that they are seeking the deposition from Schmitt because he has information about the late Hilliard Farber's assets in relation to the lawsuit over Fotis Dulos' finances.
Schmitt is a retired partner from the New York law firm of Patterson Belknap, and he reportedly represented Cosby in the sexual assault case that eventually sent the famous actor and comedian to prison.

The exact nature of the information Schmitt might have as it pertains to Farber's assets and/or Fotis Dulos' finances has not been disclosed, but the motion states that Schmitt has agreed to be deposed.
Farber is suing Fotis Dulos for millions of dollars in what she claims were loans that Dulos claims were gifts in support of Fore Group Inc., his luxury home building business.

In addition to Schmitt, Michelle Troconis, Fotis Dulos' ex-girlfriend and co-defendant accused in the Jennifer Dulos' disappearance, is scheduled to give a deposition today, Sept. 25, in the civil case.
Jennifer Dulos has been missing since May 24, and in addition to Farber's civil lawsuit, Fotis Dulos is facing charges in connection with her disappearance, and a custody battle with Farber over the five Dulos children.
Fotis and Jennifer Dulos were in the midst of a bitter divorce and custody fight at the time of her disappearance, and after she vanished, he and Troconis were accused of disposing of items that tested positive for Jennifer Dulos' blood.
