HARTFORD, CT — The contents of a safe deposit box owned by the late Fotis Dulos were removed some time before his death, and the administrator of his estate wants to know what those items were and who took them, reports Fox61. Additionally, the administrator says he has found no evidence that Fotis Dulos left behind a will.

The safe deposit box was at a People's United Bank, and attorney Christopher Hug, the probate court-appointed administer, is planning to issue a subpoena to obtain bank records to help in the search for the items.

Fotis Dulos committed suicide in January, and was facing murder and kidnapping charges in connection with the killing of his estranged wife, Jennifer Farber Dulos. She was last seen on May 24 of last year, and her body has not been found.

In related news, Michelle Troconis, Fotis Dulos' ex-girlfriend accused of helping him with the murder, is seeking to have her conspiracy case moved from a Stamford court to Hartford court, writes WTNH-TV. Her attorney, Jon Schoenhorn, argues in motions filed this week that the conspiracy case involves the Hartford court's jurisdiction.

Schoenhorn filed a total of three motions, writes News 12 Connecticut's Marissa Alter, two about moving the venue and one about the prosecution turning over discovery evidence.

Prosecutors believe that Jennifer Farber Dulos was the victim of a violent attack in her New Canaan home on May 24 before she disappeared.

In addition to the safe deposit box, an appraisal of Fotis Dulos' other assets is scheduled for March 6; among those items are a motorcycle, utility trailer, BMW sedan and firearms that had been surrendered to authorities.
