Jennifer Dulos Case: Troconis Contempt Hearing Continued To May
Michelle Troconis, who was convicted in the disappearance and death of Jennifer Dulos, was accused of showing sealed reports in court.

STAMFORD, CT — The contempt of court hearing for Michelle Troconis was continued to May 15, which will allow her defense team and prosecutors time to meet to discuss a possible resolution to the case, the Stamford Advocate reported.
Troconis was accused of defying a court order during her recent trial by displaying text from a sealed report on the custody case of Jennifer and Fotis Dulos; the font of the text reportedly was large enough that the gallery in the court could view portions of it.
The continuance will allow Troconis' defense team and prosecutors time to meet to discuss a possible resolution.

Earlier this month, Troconis was found guilty in the disappearance and death of Jennifer Farber Dulos, the 50-year-old New Canaan mother-of-five who vanished from her home on May 24, 2019. Troconis remains in custody, in lieu of bail of $6 million; thus far, her family has not been able to bond her out.
The Duloses were it the midst of a contentious divorce and child custody fight at the time of Jennifer's disappearance, and Fotis was charged with kidnapping and murdering her. He never stood trial, because he took his own life in January 2020. Jennifer's body has not been found, and she was declared dead late last year.
