Norwich's approves plans for new Teachers' Memorial Middle School (theday.com) — Norwich officials have approved plans for a new $99 million Teachers' Memorial Middle School, the final piece of the city's ambitious five-school construction program. The case follows a broader drug investigation involving multiple police departments and highlights ongoing regional concerns about opioid-related deaths affecting communities around Norwich.
   

4.
