Man Arrested for Strange Incident at Vernon Denny's
The man has a history of breaking the law.

VERNON, CT — A man known for his run-ins with the law was arrested early Tuesday morning in a strange case of him hanging out at the Vernon Circle Denny's for more than two hours and then skipping out on his tab.
And his $1,000 bond for a sixth-degree larceny charge was a lot more than the $36.74 tab, according to a police report.
The initial call came in from a staff member of the 35 Talcottville Road Denny's at 4:40 on Tuesday morning, according to a police report. Police were told that a man with a bunch of stitches across his fingers was at a table with a woman for more than two hours, according to a report. The woman left, climbed into a dark-colored sedan and the man eventually joined her, according to a report.
