Source: Missing Easton Couple's Vehicle Contained Bullet Hole and Blood
According to a new report, police found a bullet hole and blood in one of the couple's vehicles. The couple has been missing since Aug. 4.

The mystery deepens as a law enforcement source said police found a bullet hole and blood in one of their vehicles, according to the Connecticut Post.
Nobody has seen the Easton couple, Jeffrey and Jeanette Navin, since Aug. 4, 2015. Jeffrey Navin, 56, is the president of J & J Refuse. Jeanette Navin, 55, is a paraprofessional at Weston Intermediate School. Their son Kyle is listed as an operations manager of the refuse company on the company website.
On Aug. 7, Annie Navin, Jeffrey Navin’s sister-in-law, reported the couple missing. State police took over the investigation on Aug. 10.

The Connecticut Post reported last week the Navin’s son Kyle was missing, however The Hour reported on Monday that he was staying with friends in Westport. According to police, Kyle was the last person to see the couple alive.
The couple was $2.2 million in debt on a Guilford house and had an electric bill past due balance of over $130,000, according to court records. Family members said that finances were not a factor in their disappearance, according to Fox CT.
