A woman says the first lady of Virginia, Pam Northam, handed cotton to her African-American child -- and two others -- and asked them to imagine being slaves while touring the governor's mansion, according to a report.

Skimming Devices Found At Exxon: LCSO

Two skimming devices were on gas pumps Sunday afternoon at an Exxon station on Flagstaff Plaza, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. The devices—typically designed to steal customers' debit and credit card numbers—were found on pump numbers 3 and 16.
