• Cherokee County courthouse closed following hazmat contamination (fox5atlanta.com) — Court operations for Cherokee County have been moved to temporary facilities in Canton after a hazardous materials incident shut down the Frank C. Mills III Justice Center. Jury trials and most in-person business are now split between North Street locations in Canton and a clerk annex in Woodstock, while juvenile proceedings run remotely with public viewing options.
