• Planned protest calls for accountability in 'HeeHaw' miniature donkey shooting (wsbtv.com) — Cedartown residents are planning a protest Friday morning outside the Polk County Courthouse, demanding body camera and drone footage and the firing of the Cedartown officer who shot a family's miniature donkey, Heehaw. The officer is on leave while state agriculture officials investigate, and the animal's owner says she plans legal action and questions whether the donkey posed any real threat.
