• Williams inducted into Hall of Fame; Victim of fatal accident ID'd (wgtjradio.com) — Cornelia readers will recognize radio veteran Joel Williams, a Habersham native now with WCON in Cornelia, who has been inducted into the Friends of Georgia Radio Hall of Fame. The brief also reports that state patrol has identified Ashlie Robertson, 41, of Cornelia, as the victim in last weekend’s fatal head‑on collision in Baldwin. 
• NGTC Names Habersham Students to Summer President's List, Honor Roll (habershamnews.com) — Several Cornelia students have earned top academic honors at North Georgia Technical College’s summer term, including President’s List spots for Jose Garrido Munoz, Jose Maclas, and Nicholas Wiley. Cornelia’s Jocelyn Chavez Olivares also made the Honor Roll, joining classmates from Clarkesville, Demorest, Mount Airy, and Baldwin in being recognized for strong GPAs and full‑time course loads.
