Remarks: Container of rice made at 10:45am at 98F at 2:20pm. Rice discarded. Container of whipped cream labeled “eggs” on outside of container. Multiple clean containers stacked with old labels and dates on them. Dry good containers not labeled: sugar, rice. Rice cooling in deep container, packed high with rice, with lid sealed tight. Foods must be cooled properly with adequate cooling methods.

Remarks: Food debris buildup on inside of microwave. Black mold like buildup on roof of ice machine. -Buttermilk at fry station above 41F. Lids on containers of chips full of food debris. Food debris buildup in handles of chip containers. Food buildup inside of strainer in floor under prep cooler. Over all, deep cleaning needed on equipment. No hot water at handsink beside walk in cooler by back door. Very little water pressure at same sink.
