DALLAS, GA — A 15-year-old girl has gone missing in Paulding County, authorities say.
Lacy Dobbs was last seen in the area of Friendship Church Road. She was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
According to Paulding County E-911, Lacy is 5'10" and weighs about 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
