2013's kill rate cut of 23% at Paulding Animal Control will be hard to beat! Everyone worked so hard, and kitten season is rolling around again. BUT - We have a new sergeant at the helm this year, and though Paulding is not yet a No Kill Shelter, Sergeant Carr wants it to be a "Hard to Kill Shelter". He is recruiting volunteers and looking for people and businesses who want to help the shelter pets. Please come by Paulding Animal Control and ask how you can help. It takes a community to save the homeless pets. They are looking for groups to join Homeless Pets Clubs, volunteers, sponsors, painters, just about anything you can do!
AND - check out the stats through February 2014. We are making good progress in cutting the kill rate again this year!
