Create your very own unique pot at a workshop being held Monday, June 10 at 6 p.m. at the Paulding County Extension Office, 530 W. Memorial Drive, Dallas.

With a little cement, you can make an artificial stone that can be used as a planter or decoration and it's fun! Using mix of peat moss, perlite (or sand), cement and water and you can make a variety of interesting things but most people make gardening pots or troughs.

The cost for materials is $15.

It is recommended to bring a tub or dishpan to mix the concrete mixture, rubber gloves, an apron, a small hand trowel, container, small tub or small bowl to use as a mold to create your pot and a dust mask.
