Dallas, Hiram Families to Participate in WSB Care-a-Thon

The Shealy and Lott families will be interviewed on-air, broadcasting from 5 a.m. on July 20 until 6 p.m. on July 21.

The annual WSB Care-a-Thon benefiting the Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is quickly approaching, and the Dallas-Hiram area has two hometown patients and families who will be featured on-air. Landon Shealy of Hiram and Emmy Lott of Dallas will participate in this year’s Care-a-Thon.

During the 37-hour broadcast event, listeners will enjoy popular on-air personalities, special guests and inspiring interviews with patients. Participants will discuss the amazing journeys of Children’s patients, encouraging listeners to make donations to the Aflac Cancer Center.

The Care-a-Thon will begin at 5 a.m. on July 20 and continue until 6 p.m. on July 21, and listeners can tune in on 95.5 FM or AM 750.
