Dallas-Hiram Wants a Trader Joe's, Cracker Barrel, Golden Corral (ICYMI)
Red Lobster and an Italian restaurant such as Olive Garden also made the wish list of folks responding to our Facebook post.
DALLAS, GA — When it comes to new businesses coming to town, a lot of you in Dallas and Hiram would like a fancy grocery store like Trader Joe's. Other than that? You just seem hungry.
Some familiar names popped up when we asked what business you'd like to see come to town on the Dallas-Hiram Patch Facebook page. Trader Joe's got a lot of love and fellow "fresh format" groceries Whole Foods and Sprouts got a few mentions, too.
"A grocery store!! Not a super center - Trader Joe's, Sprouts, even Kroger or Publix!" one reader wrote.

After Trader Joe's, a list of popular restaurant franchises filled up the Facebook thread.
Golden Corral and Cracker Barrel were tied for the most number of mentions. Olive Garden earned several mentions, while a lot of folks said they'd be happy with any Italian restaurant — locally owned or chain.

Red Lobster and Cheesecake Factory also got some love from our followers.

Several folks also called for miniature golf, go-karts or other entertainment outlets that would appeal to the whole family.
"Entertainment! There is more than enough food and stores," one follower wrote. "Something where the underage can enjoy the entertainment, too."
