The season may be over for the Atlanta Falcons, but it's been a winning postseason for a Paulding County man who snagged $350,000 in the Georgia Lottery.Justin Kennedy, Jr., a 19-year-old from Dallas, won the big prize last week in the lottery's sports-themed Atlanta Falcons Player Payday instant game."I chose this ticket because I win something just about every time," Kennedy said in a press release from the Georgia Lottery. "I scratched this ticket from the bottom to the top and saw the matching No. 9."Kennedy bought the winning ticket at Coastal Food Mart, located at 250 Merchants Drive in Dallas. He claimed his prize Jan. 23 at Georgia Lottery headquarters in Atlanta.Kennedy said he let out a big shout when he got to the parking lot."I said, 'Dude, I just won,' " he said.
