Dallas Market C0-owner Accused Of Sexual Battery: Sheriff's Office

The co-owner is accused of inappropriately touching a juvenile employee.

DALLAS, GA — A supermarket co-owner accused of inappropriately touching a juvenile employee is facing charges, according to the Paulding County Sheriff's Office.

The juvenile, who works at Harvest Time Market part-time, said she was inappropriately touched in early November in the market's office, according to the sheriff's office.

The girl told her parents, who called authorities, according to the sheriff's office.

Kenneth DeWayne Wiggins, 56, was charged Nov. 11 on suspicion of three counts of sexual battery and false imprisonment, according to the sheriff's office. He was released on bond.
