Marion (Boyd, Papa) Silas Perkins: The 84-year-old Douglasville resident died Saturday July 23, 2011. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 27, at 1 p.m. Bellamy Chapel Hiram with Speaker Phillip Perkins officiating, with interment at Mozley Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive visitors at the Funeral Home Tuesday, July 26, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Danny Lamar Thomason: May 20, 1947 - July 23, 2011. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 26, at 3 p.m. at Benson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Jimmy Tibbitts, the Rev. Todd Tibbitts and the Rev. Merle Barron will officiate. Visitation will be Monday, July 25, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday until time of service at 3 p.m.

Quentin Wiley: June 9, 1920 - July 22, 2011. Viewing will be held Sunday, July 24, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, and also on Monday, July 25, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Tim Stewart Funeral Home in Lawrenceville. The funeral service will be Monday, July 25, at 11 a.m. from Tim Stewart Funeral Home in Lawrenceville. Interment will follow in Gwinnett Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to New Canaan Baptist Church, 3147 Atlanta Highway, Dallas, GA 30157; or Forward in Faith at Dallas First United Methodist Church, 141 E. Memorial Drive, Dallas, GA 30132.
