Entombment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens with Robert Hardy, Matthew Hardy, Justin Knowles, Jeremy Carney, Tim Pugh, Ed Flores and Bryan Webb serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Thursday, June 30, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Maddox Martin: June 26, 2011 - June 26, 2011. A memorial service will be held Friday, July 1, at 2 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Billy Bell officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 1 p.m. until the service time.

Interment will be at Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 30, from 4 to 9 p.m., and on Friday, July 1, from 9 a.m. until time of service.
